Our story began with a vision to overcome the challenges teachers and learners face in adapting to modern tools that advance teaching and learning. Founded by specialists in Mathematics, Robotics, and Coding Education, TFA provides innovative solutions to ensure smooth transitions for learners and educators in the digital era. Our commitment is to equip the next generation with the essential skills needed for problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, cognitive flexibility, and ICT literacy. The Team
Our Experts

Sandra
Sandra Mulaudzi is the co-founder of TechFlow Afrika and a qualified Maths and Sciences teacher, as well as a Coding and Robotics coach. She is passionate about fostering a love for learning and curiosity in students, integrating technology, and employing innovative teaching methods. Sandra aims to create engaging learning environments that promote STEAM education, equipping both teachers and learners with skills for the future. With over 10 years of experience in education, she has developed strong expertise in teacher and learner support.
Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Limpopo, a PGCE, and an ICT in Education certificate from UNISA, as well as a Coding and Robotics certificate from the University of Johannesburg. She is also a registered facilitator, moderator, and assessor with ETDP-SETA.

Semakaleng
Semakaleng Dhlamini is a Co-Founder of TechFlow Afrika, she has degree in BSC. Financial Mathematics and Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education. Semakaleng is passionate about helping mathematics teachers to teach using strategies that are relevant for the 4th and 5th Industrial Revolutions. She has vast experience in Coding and Robotics, ICT in Education, Teaching Mathematics for Understanding, Leadership and Management in Schools. She was selected as one of the Young African Leaders (YALI) in the Southern African countries to participate in the Education Change Makers Cohort and she is a fellow of the Lincoln Mali Foundation: Young African Leaders. In the past 11 years, Semakaleng has helped more than 2000 ECD, Foundation Phase and Senior Phase teachers to solve challenges that learners face when learning mathematics.
